We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Professional to join our team at BC Ltd.
About the Role:- As a key member of our beauty team, you will provide exceptional customer service and work closely with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- You will be responsible for providing various beauty services, including hair weaving treatments, make-up applications, nail care, facials, and foot massages.
- Provide expert advice on beauty products tailored to individual colouring and skin type.
- Offer hair weaving treatments, including weave installation, maintenance, and removal.
- Apply professional make-up techniques for special occasions or everyday looks.
- Clean, trim, and polish nails to perfection.
- Perform a range of skincare treatments, including facials and skin peels.
- Provide therapeutic foot massages to promote relaxation and well-being.
- Assist with cashiering duties and manage client payments accurately.
- Demonstrate beauty products and educate clients on proper use and care.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless client experiences.
- You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and possess experience in the beauty industry, although this is not mandatory.
- You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
- Fluency in English is required, as this is the primary language used in our business.
The salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
Working Hours:This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. You will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency throughout your working hours.
