Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Drafting Specialist to join our team at Reale Born Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, supervising drafting personnel, and training new staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure accuracy.
  • Supervise and train drafting personnel to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and specifications for construction projects.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and prepare contracts and tenders.
  • Write technical reports and specifications for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in drafting and design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
