Landscape Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Worker to join our team at Ocean View Landscaping Co. Ltd. as a key member of our outdoor maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
- Cut and maintain grass, as well as lay sod or seed as needed.
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including carts and spreaders.
- Apply fertilizers and water plants, lawns, and gardens as required.
- Transport materials and equipment as needed.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various locations, including wet and damp conditions. The work site environment can be noisy, with odours and dust present.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Work conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Transportation provided by employer.
- Support for newcomers and refugees, including foreign credential recognition.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
