Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Solution Architect to join our dynamic team at EPAM. As a key player in shaping our clients' data strategies, you will have the opportunity to drive impactful initiatives and make a lasting impression.

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and deploying data platforms at scale. Your technical expertise should include proficiency in big data technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Apache Spark. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex solutions to various stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Design and implement data platforms that meet the needs of our clients' business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance on data-driven initiatives.
  • Develop and execute technical streams of data strategy engagements.
  • Educate clients on modern data technologies, architectures, and approaches.
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops, presenting proposed solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on data & analytics.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms.
  • Expertise in big data technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Apache Spark.
  • Experience working with large cloud computing infrastructures, specifically Azure.
  • Familiarity with machine learning, recommendation engines, search personalization, and deep learning.
  • Strong understanding of client-driven implementation projects, Agile methodologies, and SDLC practices.
