Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at BG Custom Homes Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work on site, with minimal remote work options. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress updates and financial statements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
