Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging childcare programs for children aged [age range], promoting their overall well-being and development;
- Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and educational outings to local points of interest;
- Encourage children to express their creativity through various mediums, including art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity;
- Guide children in developing healthy habits, such as proper eating, dressing, and toilet routines;
- Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents and guardians;
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, community service providers, and parents;
- Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a childcare setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Physical stamina to keep up with active children.
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year;
