Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, as well as the receipt and storage of inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping
  • Receive and verify inventory shipments, including checking for damage or discrepancies
  • Count and verify inventory levels to ensure accuracy
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including removing debris and empty cartons
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; college and/or university degree an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and verify inventory

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience with inventory management software
  • Knowledge of plumbing and building products
