Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Inchin's Indian Kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Work SettingThis position is located in an urban area, with public transportation available. You will be working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to recipe guidelines and kitchen safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to specialize in East Indian cuisine, developing your skills in traditional recipes and techniques.
Personal Qualities and Skills- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
- Physical Demands: Be able to stand for extended periods, handling heavy equipment and lifting ingredients.
