Job Title: Landscaper

We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team at Meriten Construction LTD. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining outdoor spaces, including gardens, parks, and other green areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement landscape designs for residential and commercial properties
  • Install and maintain plants, trees, and other horticultural features
  • Perform pruning, spraying, and other maintenance tasks to ensure the health and appearance of outdoor spaces
  • Assess and diagnose problems with lawns, trees, and shrubs
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the aesthetic and functional value of outdoor spaces
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in horticulture or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
