Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for executing creative and concept-driven interior design projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and execute interior design projects that meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Prepare high-quality renderings and presentation materials for client meetings and project presentations.
  • Develop and manage construction drawing packages, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Source and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture that meet client needs and design standards.
  • Assist with project coordination and contract administration, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • University Degree or Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design.
  • Proven ability to balance design creativity with client requirements and project constraints.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of current building codes, building construction, details, and building science.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting project timelines.
  • Strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Critical thinking, effective problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for developing your interior design career.
