Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations in a fast-paced, highly automated production environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership, Red Seal/Journeyman Millwright or Industrial Electrician certification, and strong knowledge of maintenance operations.

This role requires effective communication skills, strong people and process leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple trades to ensure safe, efficient, and effective maintenance operations.
  • Allocate resources and personnel appropriately to support production goals.
  • Plan and execute preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Lead maintenance projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a fast-paced, highly automated production environment.
  • Red Seal/Journeyman Millwright or Industrial Electrician certification.
  • Facilities management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations.
  • Strong people and process leadership abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Licence to work in Canada.
Compensation

$125-$135k salary based on experience, plus benefits package.
