Merchandising Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at MCA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing eye-catching signage, setting up attractive displays, and arranging products according to planograms.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain visual merchandising displays and fixtures in retail stores.
- Set up and maintain product displays, including arranging products according to planograms and company standards.
- Collect and report retail data using state-of-the-art scanning technology.
- Support clients by ensuring their products are ready for customers to see, shop, and buy.
- Complete online reports with photo uploads to keep everyone informed.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
- A self-starter mindset, thriving under pressure and ambiguity.
- Ability to read and understand planograms and store layout designs.
- Merchandising experience in retail or grocery settings is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential.
