We are seeking a skilled Exterior Painter and Finishing Specialist to join our team at YMN Algebawi Construction LTD.
As an Exterior Painter and Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to the desired color and texture, and applying various materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, the ability to distinguish between colors, and the capacity to work at heights using scaffolding and swing stages.
You will work in various locations and must be flexible with your schedule to accommodate changing project requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a related field and possess excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
