About Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team at Roda Coronado. As a PSW, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their private residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Support Worker in a private homecare setting.

• Certified PSW with a strong understanding of dementia care and Alzheimer's disease.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
