Cochraneontario invites experienced Teachers and Vice-Principals to apply for a selection process to become a Vice-Principal and/or Principal. The successful candidate will lead learning in a school environment, building collaborative cultures and distributing leadership.

• Building trusting relationships with and amongst staff, students, and parents
• Creating a school environment where parents are welcomed, respected, and valued as partners in their children's learning
• Monitoring progress in student learning and school improvement
• Building a shared vision and understanding of the specific implications of the school's vision for its program and the nature of classroom instruction

• Ontario College of Teachers' Certificate of Qualifications
• Reference contact information for four administrative references, one of whom must be the current supervisor and two of whom must hold leadership positions
