Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our Wealth team.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Sales and Trading team to drive operational efficiencies and sales excellence;
  • Assisting clients with onboarding procedures, communicating and working closely with clients to ensure onboarding in a timely manner;
  • Assisting with local event planning, curating private and public events to drive brand recognition and sales;
  • Conducting data analysis on key operational metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights;
  • Continuously improving operational procedures and providing recommendations to the management team;
  • Handling a varied level of internal and external enquiries;
  • Performing any other administrative duties required to support daily operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy;
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively;
  • Dedication to teamwork and collaboration;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment;
  • Prior experience in operations within a financial institution or digital asset company is preferred;
  • Bilingualism (Mandarin) is a significant asset.
