Job Title: Merchandiser

Veer International Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for arranging products according to planograms, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange products according to planograms to ensure optimal display and sales.
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Review requirements of the establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets the company's quality and pricing standards.
  • Supervise the work of other buyers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events to stay up-to-date on the latest products and trends.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel.
  • Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent oral communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
