Project Estimator Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator Coordinator to join our team at Dallas Watt Demo Ltd.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have experience in estimating and cost analysis, with a strong background in construction and civil engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates of labor and material costs, as well as analyzing tenders and recommending awards.
You will also be responsible for creating and submitting estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms, and advising on tendering procedures. Additionally, you will set up cost monitoring and reporting systems, monitor and adjust contract expenditures, and prepare and maintain directories of supplies and trade contractors.
As a critical thinker and problem solver, you will analyze complex data and make recommendations to stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including dental plan, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, and a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP). The working hours are 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
