Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  2. Assist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  3. Explain product features and benefits, and describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  4. Perform high-quality product presentations on new and pre-owned vehicles.
  5. Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  6. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or product advising is an asset.
  2. Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
  3. Basic computer knowledge.
  4. Strong focus on customer service/customer experience.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication.
  6. Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
