Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to meet sales and customer service goals
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
