Project Manager Job Description

About the Role

IDL Projects Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects from conceptualization to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with project management software and tools
