Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Sales: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and meet customer demand.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Price Estimation: Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Records: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and to meet sales targets.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to company safety protocols.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate a positive attitude, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player mentality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn our products and services.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
