Job Title: Plastic Products Manufacturing Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Labourer to join our team at ECOWEST PLASTICS LTD. in a Plastic Products Manufacturing role.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist machine operators and assemblers in the manufacturing process, set up and dismantle equipment, clean and lubricate machinery, and transport materials and tools to and from work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist machine operators and assemblers in the manufacturing process
  • Set up and dismantle equipment as required
  • Clean and lubricate machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Transport materials and tools to and from work areas
  • Prepare raw materials for the mixing process
  • Monitor machines to detect jammed materials or defective products
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs).

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar field
  • Reliability, team player, and versatility
  • Ability to work in a noisy, odorous, and dusty environment
