We are seeking a talented Brand Development Specialist to join our Consumer Brands team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of annual and multi-year brand plans, including shared growth and financial targets designed to build equity and strengthen the brand's financial contributions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of brand management plans, strategic brand initiatives, and decisions by driving to key insights through in-depth competitive, consumer, shopper, financial and assortment analysis.
- Support key processes including assortment planning, financial planning and forecasting, business performance reporting, cross-functional and agency briefings (e.g. content, packaging design, in-store POP, etc), and overall brand stewardship.
- Support alignment and decision making across teams through key integration points with Merchandising, Product Development, Strategic Marketing, Loyalty, Packaging, Store Operations and other relevant functions.
- Undergraduate Degree in Business and/or experience in a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience which can include co-ops, internships, and/or summer placements.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think analytically and experience with data-driven decision-making.
