Job Summary

This is a Part-time temporary position with 456.36 hours per 24 weeks. The estimated salary for this role is between $23,170 and $24,840 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Continuing Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients to encourage optimal functioning. You will support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living
  • Supporting clients in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve client-centered care goals
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified candidate who possesses a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA). A valid driver's license and Food Safe certificate (where required) are also essential requirements for this role.
