Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for manufacturing and production processes? Do you have experience with plant layouts, production facilities, and quality assurance programs?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities to optimize production and workflow.
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and carry out health, safety, and fire prevention plans to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct safety training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Develop computer applications for machines and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collect and compile operational or experimental data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Develop manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand production requirements and specifications.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors and sounds.
