Job Title: Computer Systems Technician

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Technician to join our team at Turtle Bay IT Services Corp.

Job Summary:

The Computer Systems Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for computer hardware and software systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring new systems, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for computer hardware and software systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Install and configure new systems, including hardware and software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates
  • Collaborate with other technical staff to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • Information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) Certification
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
