We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate subcontractor submissions during the tendering process.
  • Identify local subcontractors and suppliers, solicit quotes, and prepare comparison sheets.
  • Coordinate field visits to verify information.
  • Submit tender documents.
  • Review RFPs and contractual documents, preparing cost proposals and final tender documents.
  • Maintain project binders with supporting documentation.
  • Track site instructions and change orders.
  • Prepare shop drawings as required.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the bidding process and negotiation techniques.
  • Relevant college or university degree, preferably in Landscape Architecture.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in landscape construction.
  • Solid understanding of the landscape industry and materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
  • Detailed-oriented and effective decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
