Transgate Global Careers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to oversee accounting operations and financial analysis for a leading logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements.
  • Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
  • Supervise junior accounting staff and provide training and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation.
  • 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
