About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead our multidisciplinary project teams and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and participate in project meetings, including project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and project closure meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and project status updates.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
