Sales Associate

The Sales Associate will play a key role in supporting the Store Leadership Team to achieve all company goals and initiatives. This includes providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and utilizing effective selling techniques to drive sales and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Effectively communicate the value and quality of our merchandise, highlighting current promotions and offering solutions for out-of-stock items when necessary.
- Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
- Support and maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom, adhering to safety requirements and company standards.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standard, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and associates.
- Guarantee company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures.
- Inform Store Leadership Team of maintenance and facility needs promptly, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and associates.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends, overnights, evenings, and call-in shifts.
- Ability to maneuver on sales floor and stockroom, climb ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
