We are seeking a skilled Property Accountant Specialist to join our team at Associa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of residential condominiums. Your primary focus will be on paying and reconciling approved expenditures, ensuring timely payment of expenses, and preparing regular financial reports.

About the Role

This position requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. You will work closely with clients to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.

The successful candidate will have experience in accounting, preferably in the property sector, and will be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Paying and reconciling approved expenditures for clients
  • Ensuring timely payment of expenses
  • Preparing regular financial reports for clients and management

A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This includes journal entries, accruals, and account analysis. Strong analytical skills are essential to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

In addition to financial management, the Property Accountant Specialist will also be responsible for closing the books and records on a monthly basis. This involves reviewing and processing all transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
