About the Role

At CareRx, we are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will play a critical role in providing data entry support to our pharmacy locations across Western Canada.

About You
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in data entry, preferably using Kroll software. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy assistant in a data entry position is required, along with a solid understanding of long-term care and assisted living client needs. Excellent communication, data entry, and calculation skills are essential for this role. You must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Create new resident profiles
- Complete batch and routine billing activities
- Complete new prescription and changes to medication entry
- Complete continuation of therapy prescription entry
- Travel to pharmacies as required to complete non-regulated pharmacy activities, such as prescription labeling, repackaging processes, data entry, and supporting phone calls
