Ainsworth Inc is currently searching for highly skilled Sales Professionals focused on HVAC/R preventative maintenance to join our growing team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). As a member of our Outside Sales Representative team, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by collaborating and securing new business with consultants, contractors, and owners in Central Ontario.

The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge in mechanical equipment and strategic multi-discipline, multi-trade sales. You will have the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, and develop compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of our BAS solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Expand our reach by identifying new business opportunities and securing lucrative preventative maintenance contracts
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently surpass assigned sales objectives and contribute to significant market share growth
- Build trust and credibility by fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers and demonstrating technical expertise

**Requirements:**
- University or College-level technical degree or diploma
- 5+ years with a proven successful sales record and a passion for growth
- Skilled in methods to build and maintain strong business relationships with customers
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, technical, and financial abilities
- Working experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Must possess strong communication in English - both written and oral
