Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Inspect sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Recommend Additional Services

Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment.

Assist Cleaners

Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate Work Activities

Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
