Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Report stock irregularities to supervisors and take corrective action to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
