Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will play a key role in supporting the Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals and initiatives. This includes providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Be aware of customer activity and respond with a sense of urgency, prioritizing assisting customers over other tasks. Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service.
  • Merchandise Management: Effectively communicate the value and quality of our merchandise while sharing current promotions and offering solutions for out-of-stock items when necessary. Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure that all sizes and styles are represented.
  • Store Maintenance: Follow company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display. Support and maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom while adhering to a customer-ready environment and safety requirements.
  • Loss Prevention: Guarantee company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute focused, well-managed efforts towards achievement of store goals. Exhibit flexibility by processing stock when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous retail experience preferred
  • Skills and Behaviors: Excellent customer engagement, demonstrated time management and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, adaptability, and flexibility to changing priorities.
