We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Game Producer to join our team at Yelzkizi. As a Senior Game Producer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our games, working closely with designers, artists, and engineers to create engaging and entertaining game features and content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Game Development Leadership: Manage a team of game developers to create game features and content, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management software and scheduling techniques to plan and execute game development projects, leveraging agile development methods and common game content development methods.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with creative leads to maximize team productivity and effectiveness, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Quality Control: Participate in quality control over development in area of ownership, working with senior developers in all crafts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with QA experts to ensure that all issues are known and quickly resolved.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience in game production, game art asset creation, or game design asset creation.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with modern game engines and asset integration pipelines, as well as project management tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-discipline teams of artists, designers, animators, and engineers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledgeable of game industry trends and enjoys playing games.
