Master Tradesperson

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Tradesperson to join our team as a Plumber. As a key member of our plumbing services department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing solutions to our customers.

About the Role:

• 
  
• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and equipment used to distribute, supply, or dispose of water or wastewater in residential buildings
  
• Represent Reliance Home Comfort in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call
  
• Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
  
• Instruct customers on proper care and maintenance
  
• Explain the value of Reliance Home Comfort's plumbing products, services, and programs on every call

Requirements:

• 
  
• Journeyman License/Certified Plumber – Mandatory
  
• 3+ years' experience in the Plumbing field
  
• Valid Class 5 Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  
• Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
  
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
  
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  
• Ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
