Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Smart N Save (Canada) Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Assign tasks to sales team members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Hiring and Training: Recruit, interview, and hire new team members, as well as provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintenance of Store Operations: Oversee store inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining high-quality products.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior retail sales or management position.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
This is a permanent full-time position, working approximately 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
