Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Global Functions Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-performing applications and driving transformation by continuously looking for ways to automate existing processes.

Job Description

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Setting vision for SRE product base (monitoring, alerting, machine learning anomaly detection, self-healing, reliability testing)
  • Leading code and non-functional (performance, security, maintainability, compliance, change management) reviews of all production bound SRE solutions
  • Driving transformation by continuously looking for ways to automate existing processes
  • Leading the team through execution of the SRE roadmap
  • Tracking, auditing, monitoring, and implementing on technical work streams
  • Supporting technology currency (server patching, certificate renewal, compliance, etc.) with a keen eye on automating opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with a variety of SRE languages and tools (i.e., Ansible, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, PagerDuty)
  • Advanced knowledge of the following SRE practices and technologies:
    • Some experience in Python, YAML, Shell scripting, Azure, Linux
    • Kubernetes
  • Nice to have:
    • Knowledge / Hands-on experience with Ansible Tower / Ansible Automation Platform
    • Hands-on experience in Software Engineering (SDLC, Architecture, Design, Development)
    • Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly traded corporation
    • Hands on experience with (ServiceNow, Elastic, Logstash, Kibana, Blue Prism, etc.)
    • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer)
    • AWS certifications (e.g., Devops Engineer, Solution Architect, SysOps Administrator)
