Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our team at Natural Oasis Day Spa Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate the scheduling of spa services and staff to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

Maintenance and Repair

Arrange for regular maintenance and repair of spa equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.

Equipment and Machinery

Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery used in the spa.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit progress reports to management and communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Materials and Supplies

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain spa operations.

Problem-Solving and Training

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Staff Supervision

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, including training and performance evaluations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Work Environment

35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.

Language

English.
