Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer - Insulation Specialist to join our team at Acem Insulation Co. Ltd. The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials, as well as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
