Job Title: Project Manager - Land Development Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Land Development team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding projects from start to finish, providing technical direction, and ensuring that clients' needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and review proposals, change orders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide technical direction and design review for multiple simultaneous land development files, with a focus on ICI and Residential Mixed Use Site Plan projects.
- Liaise with clients, agencies, and other stakeholders to obtain approvals and ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor project engineers and technologists to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.
- Undertake business development activities with new and existing clients to pursue new projects and cross-sell other practice areas.
- Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in land development project management.
- Experience working on land development projects in the GTA.
- Direct experience with the design and approval process for projects with various municipalities.
- Complete knowledge base for construction methodologies for land development projects.
- Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Diploma.
