Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams and individuals undergoing change, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to support change management initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a health-related field or social sciences.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or change management, strategic planning, and patient and community engagement.
  • Change Management certification is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide leadership and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to create and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and templates.
