About the Role

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, chemical engineering, or a related field. Your expertise will be instrumental in:

  • Designing and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency, and safety
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute capital projects, ensuring timely delivery, and within budget
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement process designs, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Responsibilities

As a Capital Project Execution Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing project plans, managing schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Providing technical guidance to team members on process design, equipment selection, and installation
About You

We're seeking an exceptional candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in project-based engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent understanding of heat transfer, fluid transport, and reaction chemistry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
