Artistry Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our team as a Freelance Brand Expert. As a member of our elite team, you will work closely with us to drive business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. Your primary focus will be on promoting and creating makeup magic in-store, always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury.

As a Freelance Brand Expert, you will be responsible for delivering an amazing experience and exemplary service to our customers. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of schedule management, clocking in and out, and submitting time sheets on the payroll application (allwork).

1. Sales:
   1. Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour target by showcasing your product knowledge and creating brand awareness.
   2. Create an engaging shopping experience for our customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
   3. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of company guidelines.
2. Customer Service:
   1. Provide exceptional customer service, leading by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and ensure every customer leaves feeling satisfied and valued.
3. Team Work:
   1. Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards your work and colleagues, maintaining an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
4. Operations:
   1. Ensure the counter/gondola is 'customer ready' from open to close of business, adhering to excellent counter hygiene standards.
