Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Victoria and surrounding areas. As a Community Therapist, you'll work with a diverse group of funders to assist clients with a range of limitations. You'll have the opportunity to customize your case mix and career path based on your interests and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional assessments and job site visits to identify client needs and develop personalized plans
  • Develop and implement graduated activity and return-to-work plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Liaise with clients' healthcare teams and payer representatives to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Use exceptional communication and clinical skills to deliver outcomes that change people's lives
Qualifications
  • Current membership with COTBC or eligibility for registration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable vehicle for clinical appointments
  • Experience working with agency payers is a strong asset
  • Commitment to continuous learning through professional development courses
