Benson Cabinetry & Millwork is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production targets.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and quality.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and optimize supply chain.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth production flow and meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and train production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend replacement of machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage departmental budget to ensure effective allocation of resources and meet production targets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a production management role, with a strong background in operations management, inventory control, and quality assurance. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
