We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at NIKKY APPARELS. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing requisition orders for accuracy, compiling inventory reports, and maintaining stock rotation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review requisition orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Compile and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using a computerized or manual inventory system
  • Dispose of and account for outdated stock in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks to prevent overstocking or understocking
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish stock and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using a computerized or manual inventory system

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
